I'd like to send the counter to a friend, is that possible?

Of course! You can buy any of our products online and send it to the address you want. You will only have to indicate the contact name, telephone number and delivery address of the recipient. Please note that our carriers will phone you 24 hours in advance to arrange a delivery appointment, so the contact person must be aware of the delivery.

Where are the Inretail logistics centres located?

We manufacture and store all our products in our factory located in Carrer Benlloch, nave 4, Polígono Industrial via Europa, 12550 Almassora, Castellón (Spain). From here we transport to any point requested.

Where do you deliver?

We ship to any point in Spain or France (islands not included, please consult us).

How does my order arrive?

All our packages are delivered on the ground floor, at street level with easy access and without restrictions. In case you find yourself in a situation of special conditions of access or restrictions, please communicate it in the order form and we will evaluate in a personalized way the best way to make your delivery. Our transport company will always contact you before making the delivery to arrange the appointment. Through our tracking system you will be able to locate where your order is at all times.

What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?

Since all our products are customizable, we do not have all the materials in stock. Even so, we try to have all the materials that make up our products in stock, but sometimes it may be the case that some of them are out of stock. When we detect it in our internal system, we will replace the stock as soon as possible. If at that moment you try to buy the counter, we suggest that you contact us so that we can replace the material as quickly as possible.

The configurator does not work for me

Contact us, tell us what configuration you want, we will draw it for you and send it to you.

What do I do if at the end of the purchase process I want to change the color of some element?

We recommend that before processing the payment you check all the options chosen. Even so, if once you have finished the purchase process you want to make some changes, you can do it, don't stress! However, call us as soon as you can before 24 hours have passed. We will modify the order so that you have the counter you want.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All our products are customizable, we do not have all the materials in stock. Our approximate delivery time for most of our products is 4-5 weeks. However, the technical specifications of each product are determined by its specific delivery time.

What do I do if I receive a damaged, broken or mismatched part?

We advise you to inspect the shipping box for damage before opening it and to photograph any possible damage to the packaging. If, in the unlikely event that, apart from the packaging, the product is also damaged, you must inform the logistics company on the spot, noting this on the delivery note. Afterwards, please send us an email informing us what happened and attaching the photographs to info@inretailshop.com

How did the idea come about?

We think that the best way to respond to the needs of our customers is to do what we know how to do, commercial furniture. Eager to expand our services and specialize in a particular product, we decided to focus on counters, because we consider that it is probably the most important commercial point of any business.

Is the product handmade?

Yes, the product is completely handmade in our facilities using state-of-the-art machinery combined with tools and the know-how of our experts in carpentry with more than 40 years of experience.

Are you environmentally friendly?

Yes, we comply with all sustainability standards, carrying out exhaustive recycling of all the materials we use during production. Also, for the basis of all our products, we select only wood from fully managed forests in a sustainable way by controlling the supply chain through FSC and PEFC certificates.

What does the wood used by Inretail consist of?

For the elaboration of our products we select the best quality boards. Decorative boards derived from wood and covered with a wide selection of decorative papers impregnated with melamine resin.

Is the product really natural?

The wood used in all our products comes exclusively from thinning wood, selected quality waste wood from sawmills, as well as carefully selected and sorted recycled wood.

Who is Inretail aimed at?

Inretail is aimed at small and medium sized companies. To any entrepreneurial person who decides to set up their business or wants to renew the existing one. To anyone who wants to bring a touch of originality and quality to their point of sale.

What happens if a piece breaks?

All the materials we use for our products are of high quality and resistance. However, in the event that a piece breaks during assembly or during use of the counter, we need you to send us an email to info@inretailshop.com explaining the defect and attaching some photos and our after-sales department will assess it to offer you the best solution.

I don't know how to assemble my counter

A very intuitive and easy-to-understand counter instruction manual is included with every shipment. However, if you have any questions during assembly, please contact us by calling 964 79 00 26 or sending an email to info@inretailshop.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to answer any questions you may have.

What should I know before buying a counter for my business?

Before buying a counter or any of our products, we recommend that you measure the free space where you will place the furniture, checking that the measurements of the furniture fit with your space. Also, to know which of the finishes of the counter fits better in your business, we can send you, free of charge if you request it, a sample of the different finishes so that you can see and touch the different textures in situ. And if you have any questions about decoration, don't worry! You can contact us and our team of interior designers will advise you on the best solution for your project.

What is the power of the LED lights?

We have 2 types of power corresponding to 2 types of light colour. For white finishes we use the neutral LED 4000 72W 12V and for dark colours the warm LED 3000 72W 12V.

Can the LED lights be dimmed?

No, they are fixed.

What is the cable duct?

The cable duct is a round metal product with a diameter of 65mm that works as an accessory that can be integrated into any of our counters. It is placed on the countertop and is used to channel the cables of any electronic device that you are going to connect to your countertop.

What do I need to buy my counter?

Buying your counter is very simple. All you need is the desire to impress your customers with any of our counters and a credit or debit card .

How much does it cost?

Shipping for the counter is completely free. We send you the counter for free to any point in Spain or France (islands not included, check in advance).
